Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Seal Tail Light Lens / Rim. Until '57 body no. 24,780 , the rear light was made of real glass and had a chrome rim around it for mounting. The rear light unit was mounted in foam from the inside, and the rubber shown here was located on the outside between the bodywork and the chrome ring.From '57 to '59, the rear light was made of plastic with chrome incorporated into it, and there was only one piece of rubber in which the rear light unit was mounted. The unit was mounted from the outside, and the lens also closed against it.Sold in pairs.
