This is a new gear linkage bush front/rear for Volkswagen Bus T25, Bus T25 watercooled models.
This is the soft, plastic bushing into which the shift rod is guided. Until -04/87, this is in the front rear (so 2 needed per car) and from 05/87- only in the front. The rear one is then replaced by the 1409-555
