We can find this lens in the license plate light with split window beetles made before 10 October 1952.The license plate light has a double function and comprises apart from the license light also a stoplight. Just to state clearly this stoplight should show a different color and it has an orange or red cover inside the license plate light .After many years of service these covers are often faded, deformed and/or cracked and need replacement.
