Bumper kit for Ford Capri MK1 models from 1969-72 and MK1 Facelift RS2600 RS3100 models from 1972-74. The kit includes 2 front quarter bumpers and mounting bolts and one rear bumper.The front quarter bumpers are the ones originally mounted onto Facelift RS2600 and RS3100 models, but they can also be mounted onto earlier standard Capri MK1 models. We also supply a mounting bracket kit for these bumpers for an additional120. The bracket kit is a straight fit for Facelift models, but it can also be used, with slight alterations, on standard Capri MK1 models. The rear bumper can be supplied with one pentagonal or two rectangular cut outs for the license plate lights. Please let us know what you need when ordering. The bumpers are stainless steel and hand finished. Stainless steel was chosen for the following reasons: 1never corrodes rust proofgrade 304/1,4301/72in case of dent or damage unlike chrome plated steel it does not require stripping and rechroming 3stainless steel allows for easy repair and repolishing in the hand of a professional 4it's a lot tougher than chrome plated steel bumpers The bumpers are finished to a high mirror polish, just like chrome.
