This is a new fan shroud 'OE-style' for Type 4 oil cooler, with ducts (Black) for Volkswagen Karmann Ghia 14 models.
The difference lies in the crankcase seam, where the two halves of the crankcase meet.
If your crankcase seam is the wider 38 mm version, you will need to slightly increase the width of the recess in the fan shroud to ensure a proper fit.
