This is a new master brake cylinderwithout servo for Volkswagen Bus models.
This master cylinder is for the T2a until 07/69.The model year '70 (08/69-07/70) had a separate master cylinder, but unfortunately no longer available. The only difference is that until '70 the master cylinder had 3 connections and the '70 only 2
