The 123 BMW-6-R-V replaces most 6 cylinder distributors for BMW M30 engines as produced between 1968 and 1977. The 123 BMW-6-R-V can be used in BMW 2500, 2800, 323, 325, 525, 528, 630 and 728 models that don't need a trigger pulse for injection. The unit offers 16 different advance-curves, which can be selected by means of a little switch. This is a great feature for easy fine-tuning your engine. It also offers: - vacuum-advance - automatic dwell - spark balancing - automatic power-cut after 1 second - gearshift retard - etc. etc. Note: Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123 Ignition system will ensure that the coil will never be overheated again in future. We recommend the Bosch Blue Coil.
