This is a new shifter repair kit (14mm) for Volkswagen Bus T25, Bus T25 watercooled models.
This overhaul kit is for the 14mm gear lever and was used by Volkswagen from '82 onwards. Until'82, this was 12mm and so you can say 12mm for air-cooled and 14mm for water-cooled, but there are cases that a 12mm lever was still used after '82.The best thing you can do is to measure the diameter to see if you indeed have a 14mm lever.
